Company Profile

River Oaks was started in 1984 by Nick and Barbara Bogdon.  At that time it was a walk-in store as well as mail-order.  Catalog listings were the norm and were sent out several times a year.

We, Karen and Jeremy Black, took over the helm in 2000 and have brought River Oaks into the electronic age.  We now list on several online sites such as Amazon.com, Alibris.com, Biblio.com and many others.

Most of the feedback we get is positive.  We strive to keep our customers happy and will do most anything to attain that goal.
